Cecile joined IFP Energies nouvelles in 1992 as Process Engineer and Start-up Manager. She joined Axens in 2001 and Axens Horizon in 2013 where she acts as Business development Manager in Decarbonization & Consulting group and Technology Principal Expert

- 30 years of experience in the petrochemical and refining activities with an international licensing company, covering all the aspects of a project cycle life from initial concept to process design management, field commissioning and technical assistance.
- Has managed complex strategic studies, mainly master planning, feasibility studies and fast- track integrated design phase, integrating various technical expertise while managing reputable international engineering companies as outsource.
- Management of R&D activities, pilot testing planning and follow-up for technologies (improvement of existing process and innovations) and new catalysts developments.
- Technical services group leader for industrial units, representing more than four cumulated years onsite activities in pre-commissioning, start-up, follow-up and troubleshooting.
- Technology group leader developing expertise for technical proposal of green & brownfield commercial units for refining technologies involving extensive worldwide travelling.
- Author of several patents and numerous papers in the field of petrochemical, refining and decarbonation technologies.
- As principal expert, member of the Axens expertise community in charge of knowledge management and employees skills development.

She holds an Engineering Degree from the Hautes Études Industrielles de Lille and a Master’s Degree in Refining and Petrochemicals from the Ecole Nationale Superieure du Petrole et des Moteurs.
