Pieter Lusse is a Chemical Engineer, graduated from Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands. He joined Ketjen in 2003, in the technology licensing group. From 2008 until 2013 he was the Technical Manager for the Middle East and India based in Dubai.
After Dubai he moved to Houston, USA, as the Technical Manager Hydroprocessing Catalysts for North and South America until 2016. From 2016 until 2022 he worked as the Director Commercial Technology and Sr Technical Advisor based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, focusing on hydrocracking, the application of bulk metal catalysts and biofuels.
He currently works as Sr Technical Advisor for Nippon Ketjen Singapore. Next to his work for Nippon Ketjen he is the technical focal point for Ketjen’s efforts in circular plastics.
