Prior to co-founding the company in 2019, he worked close to 20 years for Royal Dutch Shell in technology, field development planning and asset management in The Netherlands, UK, Gabon and Brunei. Norbert enjoys challenging the status quo, initiating change and solving complex challenges with clients.
